CASE 1. Breast Size

If the volume is too little or too much for your chest wall size or tissue condition, replacing the implants with a size better suited to your body can increase your satisfaction with your breasts.
CASE 2. Breast Shape

If the implant pocket was not properly dissected in the previous surgery, or if deformation has occurred over time, the breast shape can be improved to an ideal shape by repositioning the implant pocket or creating a new one.
CASE 3. Breast Feel

If older-generation implants that feel firmer than today's implants were used, replacing them can improve the feel. Dissatisfaction with feel caused by insufficient tissue thickness or an implant size that does not suit the body can be addressed by replacing the implants while reinforcing the soft tissue with fat grafting or acellular dermal matrix, for a more natural feel.
CASE 4. Breast Asymmetry

Asymmetry can occur after breast surgery for various reasons, such as displacement of one implant or sagging of the breast.
After identifying the cause, asymmetry can be improved with a solution tailored to that cause.
CASE 5. Bottoming Out

Bottoming out can occur if the implant pocket is over-dissected or the implant is too large for the body.
It can be resolved and prevented by addressing the over-dissected space and replacing the implants with a size suited to the body.
CASE 6. Capsular Contracture

Capsular contracture can occur after implant placement due to various factors such as surgical technique, inflammation, hematoma, and genetic factors. When it occurs, properly removing the hardened capsule is essential, and we take a combined approach, such as replacing the existing implants, to reduce the chance of recurrence.
CASE 7. Implant Rupture

Implants are not affected by the pressure of daily life, but excessive pressure or wear from continuous force can lead to rupture. We check and diagnose the implant condition with ultrasound and remove and replace the existing implants.
CASE 8. Implant Removal

If the implant pocket was not properly dissected in the previous surgery, or if deformation has occurred over time, the breast shape can be improved to an ideal shape by repositioning the implant pocket or creating a new one.
