NANA Plastic Surgery's Systematic Liposuction System

InBody comprehensive test
InBody measurement collects accurate body data and analyzes body composition to plan a three-dimensional surgery.
Ultrasound examination
High-resolution ultrasound precisely identifies the thickness and distribution of the subcutaneous fat layer to thoroughly plan a surgery suited to each individual.

Minimal incision

Minimized tissue damage
Damage to blood vessels and nerve tissue is minimized, supporting fast recovery after surgery and minimizing bruising and pain.

Meticulous liposuction
Even the superficial fat beneath the skin is meticulously suctioned, minimizing post-operative skin sagging with almost no skin unevenness.
Individually tailored prescriptions
After surgery, nutritional counseling and customized diet medication are prescribed based on your body type and eating habits to create a beautiful body without excess fat.

NANA's guide to
precautions after liposuction surgery
01
Washing & showering
You may shower from 2 days after surgery. When showering, keep the waterproof tape in place. After showering, replace it with a new waterproof tape.
02
Recovery
There may be bleeding from the incision sites for 1–2 days after surgery.Blood or reddish fluid may drain from the incision sites during the first few days after surgery. This can be a normal part of the healing process. Gently wipe the area with clean gauze or a clean cloth as needed.
Because some drainage may occur while you sleep, placing an absorbent pad or waterproof sheet on the bed can help protect your bedding.Lumps of fat may appear in the surgical area.rmness or small lumps may develop in the treated area after liposuction, but these usually soften gradually over the following months, often beginning around 3 months after surgery.
You may also experience temporary numbness or decreased skin sensation in the surgical area during recovery.03
If a compression garment was prescribed
Please wear the compression garment 24 hours a day for 1 month after surgery. The compression garment helps reduce swelling and provides support as the skin and tissues adjust during the healing process.
Always wear the compression garment without any wrinkles.Make sure the compression garment lies flat without wrinkles or folds, as uneven pressure may affect the contour of the surgical area.
Remove the compression garment while lying down, and get help from someone nearby when putting it on or taking it off. When removing the compression garment, the sudden change in pressure may cause dizziness or lightheadedness. Whenever possible, remove it while lying down, and have someone nearby assist you when putting it on or taking it off.
04
If no compression garment was prescribed
Please remove the compression bandage wrapped around the surgical area at home the following afternoon. After removing the compression bandage, check the surgical area carefully. If you notice any unusual symptoms, please contact the clinic for further guidance.
05
Wound care
Stitches at the liposuction sites can usually be removed around 7 days after surgery.Stitches at the liposuction incision sites are usually removed around 7 days after surgery. Depending on your healing progress and condition, removal may be delayed until around 10–14 days after surgery.
Using a scar-reducing ointment helps reduce scarring at the incision sites.Consistently using the ointment prescribed by the clinic greatly helps reduce scarring.
Swelling subsides gradually over 3 months or more.Swelling varies by individual but subsides gradually over 3 months; full recovery and the final line take about 6 months.
06
Alcohol & smoking
Refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking for 1 month after surgery.Alcohol and smoking can increase the risk of bleeding, delayed wound healing, and infection, so we recommend avoiding both for at least 1 month after surgery.
