Non-incisional Eyelid SurgeryNon-incisional Eyelid Surgery
Natural adhesion eyelid surgery is a surgical method that induces natural double eyelid adhesion in the desired line shape. Since no incision is made, a more natural line can be completed, and using dual-fixation method creates a double eyelid line that does not loosen.

NaNa's Guide to
Precautions After Eye Surgery
01
Facial Cleansing, Showering, and Makeup
Washing hair or showering is possible from the day after surgery, but you must be careful not to get water on the wound.Be careful as exerting force on the eyes may cause pooled blood to drain. Eye makeup and contact lens insertion are possible after 4 weeks. To prevent the double eyelid from loosening or changing shape, avoid eye makeup for one month, and contact lenses that may irritate the conjunctiva can be inserted after one month.
02
Progress
Conjunctival swelling or redness may occur after surgery.Conjunctival swelling (symptoms where the conjunctiva appears white and swollen) or redness may occur after surgery. These symptoms are naturally absorbed over 2-4 weeks and are normal symptoms that can occur after surgery, so you don't need to worry. Additionally, temporary increases in tears and eye discharge are general responses that can occur after surgery and improve over time.
03
Swelling Management
Swelling decreases over 3-6 months after surgery. It is normal for swelling to appear asymmetrical as one side swells differently or reduces differently. The asymmetric swelling appearance that is visible until the swelling completely subsides improves over time.
Apply warm and cold compresses at appropriate times after surgery.Cold compresses are recommended for the first 3 days when facial swelling occurs after surgery. It has the effect of preventing bleeding and reducing swelling. From the 4th day after surgery, warm compresses are recommended for effective swelling and bruise management.
04
Wound Care
Manage with eye ointment and eye drops.Apply eye ointment thinly to the surgical area morning and evening using a clean cotton swab. If you have been prescribed eye drops, apply them to the conjunctiva 2-3 times a day. Small white milia (about the size of a millet grain) may appear on the incision line after surgery, but they will naturally disappear over time. However, if they do not disappear after 3 months, simple removal is possible after a visit depending on the condition.
05
Drinking and Smoking
Avoid drinking and smoking for 1 month after surgery.Drinking and smoking have adverse effects on bleeding, wound healing, and infection, so we recommend refraining from them for 1 month after surgery.
06
Sleeping Position
Check your sleeping position for 3 months after surgery. For up to 1 week after surgery, ensure your neck is not bent during sleep and keep your upper body elevated so that your head is higher than your heart, which helps reduce swelling quickly. Also, do not sleep on your side or lie face down; sleep with your face toward the ceiling.
