It's been quite a while since I had the breast surgery!
Now even with intense exercise, there's no discomfort and it seems completely stable,
so I'm writing this post-surgery review!
Nana Plastic Surgery has a specialist breast surgeon, so all tests can be done at once, which was convenient,
and since everything from start to finish is handled without needing to go to a separate breast screening center, I felt it was efficient!
My breasts became more natural over time.
Now even when lying down, my breasts naturally spread to the sides, so I think people might not even know I had breast surgery if I don't tell them!
Honestly, before the breast surgery, I had a complex about having small breasts and didn't want to show them to my friends.
When I went swimming with them, I was embarrassed about my small breasts,
but now I think I can go confidently.
I don't really have a need to show under my breasts and since the scars fade, I didn't worry much about it, so I had inframammary incision surgery and I think I made the right choice with the inframammary approach!
Since I had the surgery using the dual-plane technique, it's definitely less noticeable and the texture feels like my own body.
I touched and compared all the implants and had the surgery with Mentor Xtra, which most closely resembled my original breast texture, so it feels less foreign.
It was worth carefully selecting and choosing a hospital for the surgery~~!
