After breast fat transfer, I had the surgery with 430cc implants on both sides

Back then, about 5 years ago, I had breast fat grafting done, but I was completely unsatisfied with the results

Thinking it had all been absorbed, I decided to have breast augmentation surgery

Since it's a major surgery, I wanted to go to a hospital with a well-established system, so I chose Nana Plastic Surgery

Before the surgery, I had all sorts of tests including ultrasound and screening for side effects, and then underwent the surgery

Since I was going to do it anyway, I wanted to go as large as possible, so I had the surgery with 430cc on both sides

During consultation, I mentioned I wanted to go larger, and the doctor said my ribcage was not on the smaller side, so this size could fit

So I decided on the size right away and had the surgery! Now I have a full D cup size

I'm truly satisfied

 

The satisfaction from breast implants is on a completely different level compared to fat grafting, so I regret a bit now that I didn't just do surgery in the first place haha

Not only the satisfaction, but the cost that went into the fat grafting feels wasteful too 😢

If I had spent all that money on the surgery cost, I probably wouldn't have regrets hahaha. The breast surgery is definitely expensive but I have no regrets, and seeing the results right before my eyes is incredibly satisfying 😢
