NANA Plastic Surgery (Dr. Kim Ji Eun) announced that it has introduced 'Ultherapy PRIME', a state-of-the-art ultrasound lifting device, and is beginning full-scale treatments.

NANA Plastic Surgery plans to offer Ultherapy PRIME treatments from March 19, and through this it aims to provide even more precise and effective lifting treatments going forward.

Ultherapy PRIME is an upgraded model of the existing Ultherapy device — an advanced system that only clinics recognized by the manufacturer, Merz, as outstanding Ultherapy providers can introduce ahead of others. The device has been recognized for its excellent results in the US and European markets, and features the latest high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) technology to promote collagen production and maximize the lifting effect.

In particular, real-time visualization technology and a high-resolution ultrasound imaging system (MFU-V) allow precise analysis of the patient's skin thickness and condition. Whereas the DeepSee technology of the existing Ultherapy device could observe skin layers to a depth of up to 4.5mm, Ultherapy PRIME can analyze to a depth of up to 8mm through a screen expanded by 35%. This enables more accurate treatment even for patients with thicker skin layers or more advanced aging.
