My skin was thick and I had a typical bulbous nose, so I was worried whether surgery would improve it well 😢

Since my nose was large and thick, my whole face looked even rounder.. 😢 I also had a slight dorsal hump, so I had bone-breaking and did it together

Since I was going to have nose surgery anyway, I thought using an implant would be more effective than no implant, so I used silicone for the bridge

For the nose tip, I used the septum and ear cartilage hehe

 

 

 

 

For contouring, instead of 3-piece, I had 2-piece surgery on cheekbones and square jaw, and combined it with facial fat extraction, so my face became really much smaller hehe

I'm really, really satisfied because the photos look so good hehe,,!
 

Before surgery, I had to slim down my face, slim down my nose, add shading, it was crazy, but after surgery I barely touch up my face shape hehe

I couldn't even dream of using the basic camera before, but these days I take pictures with it and just do slight retouching
