The before and after are completely different...haha. I originally had barely an A cup, and I was hoping for at least a full C cup. I also wanted good cleavage and less pain, and I needed to return to daily activities quickly. I had so many requests, but honestly the pain wasn't that minimal...However, I'm completely satisfied with the size and cleavage! The asymmetry wasn't too severe, but I wanted to match the pair, so I had 350cc on the right and 325cc on the left, and I received Mentor Xtra. I wasn't familiar with implants, so I decided following the doctor's recommendation. It's almost been a year now, and while the feel is good even now, I hope it gets even better! Hehe
