One month after breast surgery!

Finally, or rather, it's already been one month since my breast surgery! After the surgery,

I wondered when a month would pass, but in the blink of an eye it's been a month! Well, for now

I've lost a lot of the hardness and firmness that I had after surgery,

and the tingling sensation is gone too. That tingling was so painful once

that I couldn't run around because it hurt, but now

I can run to some extent haha. And with the breast augmentation, there's

a lot of dead skin around the breast area...

I wanted to exfoliate, but since I had the inframammary fold incision, it hurt around the breast area

so I couldn't exfoliate. Now I exfoliate by hand haha. It feels so relieving!

The breasts have settled to some degree and there's still more swelling to reduce 😢

I didn't have severe swelling or bruising. Surprisingly,

it seems to be the director's skill. The sutures on the inframammary fold were done with something like glue,

so one week after breast surgery there were no stitches to remove and nothing like that. Thankfully, gradually

as I see it getting softer, it seems to be finding its place now. Let me hold on just a bit longer for one more month. NN Cosmetic Surgery Director is the best! ><
