I can really feel the difference in the clothes I used to wear - they're now loose and the size has definitely reduced!

There's still a slight bumpy feeling, but I think that's because of the lack of elasticity, so I'm planning to start exercising too!!!

I'm really satisfied with my calves. There's still a slight lumpiness and occasionally the surgical area feels itchy, but 😢

It seems like I'm still in the recovery phase, so I'm not too worried haha

I've heard that they remove all the fat except the bone, and it seems to be true!!
