After getting the nose surgery, my overall image looks more refined, and most importantly, it's really amazing how the protruding mouth is covered up hehe

Of course, I lost a lot of weight before and after surgery, so there's a diet effect as well

But with my nose elevated, I gained dimension and the protruding mouth feeling has completely improved
