I suddenly became self-conscious about my nasal hump and booked a consultation.

 

Even though I'm not usually impulsive, the director spoke with such confidence and precision that

 

I scheduled the surgery and put down a deposit the same day. hehe

 

I was often told I looked older than my age, and I wondered if it was due to my mid-face, so I searched for a few YouTube videos

 

and found that long mid-face types are difficult to improve, and only nose surgery can help. If you do it, you need to go to a skilled surgeon.

 

After watching those videos, I kept focusing on just the nose...

 

You can hide eyes and face shape with makeup to some extent,

 

but honestly, contouring doesn't make much difference with the nose...

 

I got a sudden feeling and went for a consultation, putting down a deposit,

 

but a few days before the surgery, I got scared of the hump osteotomy...

 

However, during the consultation, Director Sung Seung-je said that my nasal bones aren't too wide

 

and my hump isn't extremely severe, so I shouldn't worry too much.

 

Among other hump patients, he said I wouldn't need much shaving,

 

so while I was concerned about the surgery, I wasn't anxious about it not turning out well.

 

Until the day of surgery, I had faith, but I was still inexplicably scared.

 

During the pre-operative consultation, Director Sung Seung-je came in first and went over the design aspects again,

 

adding to what we discussed at the first consultation.

 

He said that by just shaving the hump, he could create the nose I wanted,

 

and that placing a thin silicone would be good. This gave me confidence.

 

The surgical assistant came in and asked if I was scared and if I had any concerns,

 

reassuring me, so unlike my walk into the hospital, I started the surgery with a much more peaceful mind!

 

 

 

I was uncomfortable for the first 2 days after surgery, but felt better after the cotton packing was removed.

 

When I went to have the splint removed a week later, I really felt weird, you know...? hehe

 

Like, this is my nose...? I felt that way, and teared up a little...

 

My biggest concern was around day 4 when I was still wearing the splint, and I suddenly saw other reviews with straight nostrils,

 

which looked too obvious and I didn't like it. So I contacted the surgical assistant, who said not to worry.

 

And indeed, my nostrils naturally narrowed slightly, my nasal ala (nostril width) decreased,

 

my tip lifted slightly, and most importantly, the hump disappeared!!

 

My nose looked longer and made me look older, so improving the hump while also improving the long nose

 

definitely shortened my mid-face, making me look younger,

 

and my cheekbones appear less prominent. It definitely looks more harmonious now! hehe

 

Hump nose surgery really has a huge impact when done well!!! I really recommend it! hehehe
