Do you see the bones showing through before surgery?

 

 

Wow... it's been a while since I looked at these old chest photos... I didn't even wear underwear so it shows even better, and I really had severe pigeon chest. The nipple position was also higher, but after surgery, it looks really well done to me... hehe. I-shaped cleavage chest - the way my current chest naturally comes together in an I-shape is correct, right? The shape settled so beautifully and I'm very satisfied. What's interesting is that the severe pigeon chest I had before has improved. I got 350cc on each side, and it didn't go in excessively for my body type, so I wonder if that's why it turned out this beautifully. I really dislike anything overdone, so I wanted a chest that felt natural yet firm, and that's exactly what I got, so I'm very satisfied. Since I didn't have much tissue in the chest area, I wondered... would this improve after surgery? And I wondered if my chest would come together well after surgery since I had such severe pigeon chest. But my chest really came together beautifully in an I-shape, so I truly think it turned out great. When it comes together like this, that's I-shaped cleavage, right? hehe?
