It's been about two months since I had liposuction on my upper body.

The saying that diet management must continue is really hitting home.

It seems like it's always been challenging, whether before or after the procedure...

 

Now that the pain has disappeared, I'm very happy. However, when I maintain the same posture or suddenly change positions,

I do feel a slight tingling sensation.

Previously, my abdomen was a bit firm and tight, but it has improved greatly now!

 

I'll need to wait a bit longer to see the full results, but the areas where I hoped the overall lines would improve and slim down

have become satisfying. I'm secretly happy taking out old clothes I used to wear and trying them on again.

 

I'm constantly reminding myself that from now on, I must maintain my diet and make sure I never return to my previous state.

Thinking about the pain during the recovery period, it seems unlikely I'll go back.
