Before Surgery

I am short and have a small chest frame. Before the surgery, I didn't know anything and asked to go up to a full D cup, but

the director explained that if it doesn't match my body type, it would look unnatural and excessive work could cause side effects,

so I decided to go with a full C cup instead, and I'm glad I listened to the specialist's advice 😢

It already looks very large, and if I had done a D cup, I think my chest would have looked completely out of proportion.

In the early stages of surgery, my cleavage was so swollen that I applied gauze and wore compression garments without wearing an underwire bra.

I was told I needed to press the cleavage with gauze for about a month, which was difficult at first,

but as much as it was difficult, the shape and cleavage turned out beautifully, so the pain and satisfaction feel proportional haha
