After surgery, do you see the cleavage?

Before surgery.

 

It feels like just the other day that I was binding my non-existent breasts tightly every day,

and now I'm starting a new life with breast surgery at Nana!!

I had the surgery done with 350cc Mentor implants on both sides, and my current size is 71C cup.

I was initially thinking of going bigger, but following the director's advice, I didn't go overboard with the size, and it turned out to be a great decision!

It seems like this size is perfectly proportioned to my body type and looks beautiful.
