I had a hook nose + wanted to address the functional aspects as well

So I looked into it and ended up having the surgery

 

Rather than just focusing on function, thinking about both function and aesthetics

I looked for a place with ENT collaboration and had the surgery at hospital

They shaped my nose to suit me - not too flashy, which is my style haha

During consultation, I mentioned I wanted the hook nose to disappear and didn't want an overly flamboyant look

And they did exactly as I requested

The side profile also looks incredibly smooth and refined

 

The functional aspects also feel much improved compared to before

Plus, the hook nose disappeared cleanly, so I feel much better both in appearance and breathing

 

I haven't been to multiple hospitals or had surgery elsewhere, so I can't compare

But in my opinion, the price was reasonable haha
