It's been about a month since I had liposuction.

I had upper body liposuction on my arms and abdomen.

 

I was very worried about pain, but on the day of surgery, it wasn't so much pain as

it was a strong feeling of using muscles I hadn't used before.

When I wore compression garments, it was definitely less painful except when sitting and standing up.

 

For about a week after liposuction, I felt soreness, stinging, and tingling sensations on and off.

Sleeping on my side or stomach felt uncomfortable because my body still felt stiff, so I couldn't sleep well.

 

Now about a month in, I have almost no pain, and when I move around a lot, I feel slightly achy, but it's not uncomfortable.

Both arms also raise without any problems.
