I had a hooked nose and my eyes looked tired, so I decided to get both eye and nose surgery to transform my appearance hehe
I've seen many men do aegyo-sal or no aegyo-sal, but I personally prefer to see the line
So I had the line made slightly visible and also got the front canthoplasty, and it's not as burdensome as I thought and I'm satisfied
For my nose, I didn't go for bone-cutting but shaved down the hook and had silicone implanted
I asked them to shape my nose to fit my face and it came out naturally so I'm very satisfied~
I've learned that just because you're a man doesn't mean you have to have no aegyo-sal haha
