First, let me share my specs: Height 162cm, chest circumference 71cm

My rib cage is not narrow, but I have thin skin and little fat,

and the doctor said that if implants are placed too large, the implants might be visible,

so I thought it would be better to take a safer approach since I'll lose more fat when I build muscle later.

So I had Motiva O340 on the right and 320 on the left implanted.

During consultation with Dr. Hwang Dong-yeon, she explained that the surgery would be performed

with implant insertion beneath the muscle, which is a safer

and the most advantageous surgical method, so I chose Nana prioritizing safety!
People who exercise often wear tank tops and undergo a lot of trimming of the lower portion,

so I also had the lower portion trimmed without hesitation haha

After surgery, movement with my arms felt comfortable, so

recovery felt relatively fast, and I was able to move around, so

at the gym I focused on light lower body exercises and stretching haha

Now I'm working out comfortably,

and I'm very satisfied with how the fit changed when wearing a bra top!

The upper volume that wouldn't show up even with contouring now looks beautiful haha

Since Motiva is a high-end implant, it wasn't cheap,

but the surface doesn't slide down, and a chip is built-in,

so I'm having peace of mind with the surgery and doing great!
