I'm short and have a small rib cage, so before surgery I didn't know anything and said I wanted to go full D. However,

the director said that if the size doesn't match my body, it will look awkward, and if overdone, side effects can occur, so

I decided to go with full C instead, and I think I made the right choice listening to the specialist 😢

They look incredibly large even now, and if I had done D, my breasts would have looked really floating 😢

In the early stages of surgery, the cleavage was so swollen that I used rolled gauze, wore compression bras, and didn't wear upper bands, but

they said I had to press the cleavage with gauze for about a month, so it was very difficult in the beginning. But

as much as it was difficult, the shape and cleavage turned out beautifully, so I feel like the difficulty and satisfaction are proportional haha
