Can I book my surgery online before arriving in Korea?

Yes. Many international patients book their surgery online and finalize the detailed plan when they arrive at the clinic. Before booking, you can receive a full pre-consultation that includes explanations of the recommended procedures, price estimates, pre- and post-operative care, and detailed guidance for planning your trip such as the ideal flight schedule, accommodation period, pre-surgery consultation date, medical check-up, surgery day itinerary, aftercare appointments, and doctor follow-up sessions.

Are consultations free and is a deposit required?

All consultations are free of charge. To secure your surgery date, we require a 10 percent deposit based on your expected total cost. For patients who undergo surgery, all follow-up sessions with the doctor are free. Medical check-ups, screenings, lab tests, and any non-complimentary post-operative treatments are charged separately, but these do not require a deposit to reserve.

Can I change or cancel my surgery date?

Yes, you can change your surgery date depending on the doctor’s availability. Date changes or cancellations are free of charge up to seven days before your scheduled surgery. If you cancel or change the date within seven days before surgery, a percentage-based fee will apply according to hospital policy.

Can the final surgery plan or price change after in-person consultation?

Yes. CT scans and face-to-face evaluation can reveal additional factors such as hidden bone structure, septal deviation, or cartilage conditions that may require extra correction. We always aim to provide an accurate online estimate, but the final plan may change after direct consultation. The final cost may decrease or increase depending on what is medically necessary.
