Various causes can lead to the symptom of a sagging chest, and through accurate identification
of the underlying cause, we aim to restore a natural and elastic chest.

01. Grade 1 Breast Ptosis

Mild sagging without significant severity

The nipple and areola have descended, but not significantly in comparison to the chest crease.
In many cases, a crescent incision mastopexy (lifting) procedure may be needed,
although in some instances, breast augmentation alone may be performed.

02. Grade 2 Breast Ptosis

Noticeable sagging with deformity in breast shape

The nipple and areola have descended significantly in relation to the chest crease.
A vertical incision mastopexy is performed to reposition the glandular tissue, providing lift and addressing
the sagging tissues. In cases of significant upper pole deflation, augmentation may be performed concurrently.

03. Grade 3 Breast Ptosis

Severe sagging with significant descent of breast position

The nipple and areola are noticeably and severely descended, and there is substantial deformity in
the breast shape. A vertical incision mastopexy is typically performed, and in cases where there
is distortion in the lower pole, an inverted-T incision may be used to lift the entire breast tissue.
